Returns Policy

Our returns policy is very simple.

All new products sold by Feedme Music are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. In addition

ANY product may be returned within seven (7) days of dispatch for ANY reason.

We understand that purchasing on the Internet from a photo image of a product or by our recommendation may be of concern to you. By implementing this policy, we have made dealing with Feedme Music RISK FREE.

ANY reason means ANY reason . .I didn.t like the colour., .My daughter decided that she didn.t really want to play the flute . now she wants to play the drums. . ANY reason at all.

The only conditions that we have on this policy are:
1. That the product must be in pristine . .Brand new. condition, with all of the accessories and original packaging intact.
2. That the product is returned by our courier or as instructed by us.
3. That the return freight charge is deducted from the refund amount.
4.You MUST receive from us a return authorisation number.
